While some staff members were friendly, others seemed aloof and disconnected. I had a hard time getting the information I needed about dining and amenities. In one instance, I experienced a delay in housekeeping and lacked basic supplies like extra toiletries until I asked. Dining at the in-house restaurant had its highs and lows. While the food looked promising, getting timely service was hit or miss. There was also a noticeable noise level that affected the dining experience at times. I believe these are improvements that could enhance guest experiences significantly.

During my stay, I appreciated the cozy ambiance and the friendly staff, making it feel like home away from home. The convenience of being close to UNC added to the joy of my visit. However, I did experience some frustrating wi-fi connectivity issues. Overall, a delightful stay.
